Key responsibilities and accountabilities Ensure that training complies with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements Maintain reviews of training plans to ensure they remain suitable and sufficient to meet the division?s needs Prepare agreed training plans that respond to the division?s needs and that look ahead for at least 10 years whilst being reviewed annually Produce full costings for all training for the current year and the following year to ensure that they are affordable and can be delivered Assess the effectiveness of all training being delivered by department personnel to ensure that it continues to meet the division?s needs and that standards are maintained Deliver training to staff as required within the competence of the post holder
Qualifications Required Degree or professional qualification or similar
